EU services

The MojeID account also allows access to electronic services of the European Union.

You can use:

  • account with level High
  • account with level Substantial, with identity verification done via Czech POINT

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use an MojeID account with identity verification done via data box.

General procedure for logging in to EU electronic services: Switch the language version to English (if the website offers it) → find Log in → select European authentication (or European login, EU ID or eIDAS) → select the Czech Republic → select the MojeID > continue to log in using of the MojeID account.

If you were denied access to EU services due to insufficient identity verification, you can go to the key table in your account and perform additional identity verification of your key in the EU Services column via the "Get" button.

Identity can be verified at the Czech POINT office or by an existing authentication method (not activated via data box).

Unfortunately, the data box does not have a sufficient level of security, so identity verification by the data box cannot be used to gain access to European Union services.
