As soon as you fill in your basic information during registration, the identification process starts.
How can you validate?
As part of improving our services, we have replaced the former validation process with a new one — linking the account with the National Point for Identification and Authentication (i.e. getting access to public administration services), which also includes identity verification.
Therefore, in order to get the status of a validated account, please activate access to public administration services. It is easy and you get a lot of benefits (see the instructions).
If you have already prepared a validation form before, it is still possible to send it to the association's data box (ID: h4axdn8) or to come to the mojeID headquarters in person, and your account will be validated (not activated for access to public administration services).
Validation sites have been canceled.

In person
You can validate yourself free of charge by visiting the mojeID office or our validation point.
Data box
You can also validate free of charge through your data box. If you are a legal entity, send the validation request from your data box to the data box of the CZ.NIC with sender identification. If you’re registering as a person, you can validate through your data box in your account settings.
Notary
You can also validate your identity with an authorised signature on your validation request (this must be authorised by a notary or a CzechPOINT office – paid service).
At a Czech POINT
Natural persons can submit a validation request at any Czech POINT office, free of charge.
